Collection: Yarnsmiths Headliner 100% Cotton - 4ply - 250g

A welcome addition to our Yarnsmiths family - here comes Headliner - 100% Cotton! A pure cotton gradient yarn, constructed from 8 individual strands, which change colour one strand at a time, to create a beautiful, gradual transition from one colour to the next throughout the ball. Each 250g cake contains approximately 1000m of yarn, and moves gently through 5 different colours.

To our knowledge, this is the only gradient yarn of its type with 8 strands that change colour independently, and produces more gradual colour transitions compared with gradient yarns where the change from one colour to the next happens in 4 or 6 steps. The 8 strands of Headliner aretwisted together, meaning there is no need to add beads to the yarn to prevent the strands from separating, as is the case with un-twisted varieties of gradient yarns. The yarn can be worked quickly with minimal splitting.
